The most hated doctrine in the Bible

ELECTION- the most hated doctrine in the Bible. Someone may argue that there are other teachings that are equally hated, and that may be true, but I know of none that arouses the same fury and ignites as many fires as this teaching. Election is God's eternal choice of some persons unto everlasting life; not because of foreseen merit or faith in them, but according to His mercy and that alone, He predestined them to be called, justified, and glorified.
