Is Creationism Important to the Gospel?

Is creationism an issue that may be safely avoided, or is it, in fact, foundational to the truth of the gospel? Dr. John Whitcomb addresses that question in this insightful conversation that was recorded in his study this summer. He shows how we can go wrong "if we don't understand creation correctly." Conversely, Dr. Whitcomb also states, "Creationism is essential, but it is not sufficient." We must build on the foundation of creationism to go forth and preach the gospel.
