6 Meekness, Unity and Godly Humility

Paul is carrying on the thoughts regarding the unity of the believers at Philippi. The unity he speaks of can only be attained through unity in belief, as well as unity between each other. Without the unity “in Christ’ all their efforts will be in vain. Christ’s message will be perverted to the audience He intended to hear it. Further they will be attempting to carry out their own initiatives as they see them in ministry and not in the truth of Christ. This can only result in disunity and confusion.
