After Jesus Speaks, What?

“After he said these things he lifted up his eyes and said…”
John 13,14,15,16 give us the discussion that the Lord had with his disciples during their last meal together. He tells them a number of important things that will guide and direct them in the days and weeks and years ahead. He shares with them deep secrets for their lives ahead. He offers them promises and words of comfort and also words for the immediate future of warning. In this passage you'll finds words of life and joy and peace and comfort and love. And at the end of this time, after having spoken these words Christ prays for them.

What is left for us after we have heard the words of Christ spoken to our hearts? What remains are His prayers on our behalf.
