God's Providence & the King's Favor

Esther's wisdom and intuition that God gave her hatched a strategy that foiled the presumption and pride of Haman. She didn't attempt to force her way or to make things happen, but wisely observed the weakness of her enemy and devised a plan to overthrow Haman's intentions to destroy the Jews. This, of course, was preceded by a call to fast and pray for God direction and protection.
