Befuddling Unbelief: Ceasing Not to Teach and Preach Jesus Christ
Series CWP - Acts
The general population of Jerusalem that did not believe were filled with awe, wonder, and fear. They did not even dare to join the church: 5:11 [join themselves to, means “glue” to be firmly fastened.] The church is made up of people joined to each other, making up a temple, not a collection of individuals who waver and shift. The church was joined in one accord; the rest refused to be glued to it out of fear and unbelief. Preaching and teaching Jesus Christ left unbelievers bewildered and befuddled.
