Elijah Returns to Israel & Meets Obadiah

Elijah meets Obadiah on the way to see the King. Obadiah is a believer but a compromising one. Serving in the court with 2 Baal worshipers and apparently silent about his faith in order to survive. Some might say what about Daniel - he stood up for his faith - Obadiah didn't. He was more concerned about his own safety than the welfare of the suffering people in Israel. We have to be careful we are not like him, just looking out for old # 1.
