The Servant's Apron

What Christian virtue is foundational to all others? What virtue invites God's blessing every time? One verse promises enormous blessing to every believer. It has two commands and one principle. And it's all wrapped up in a very old and very simple picture: a servant's simple work apron. Here is the one garment every Christian must wear: humility. First applied to young people in the church, then commanded in every member of the church. And thus this spiritual maxim: your humility invites God's grace.
