We begin tonight with a question from Boaz. Ruth's answer is to confess Boaz as her kinsman. The Bible speaks often of Christ as the Redeemer of God's elect. Christ is the near kinsman of all the children of grace. Only the kinsman has the right to redeem the chosen of God.
