The important distinction between guilt and conviction has been blurred today. Many shake off true conviction, thinking it is only guilt. After all, they reason, we are not to judge. While guilt leads to condemnation, conviction through the Holy Spirit's gracious work reveals to us our sin so that we may repent and run to Christ for forgiveness and true life change.
