The Totality of Obedience

Moses moves in verses 4-25 to the nature of the second generation's obedience. Broadly speaking this is what will be required of the Israelites in the covenant in the land. Moses’ reminders, once again, of who God is and what God has done, along with our common nature with the Israelites show that we too are in danger of failing to carefully consider our obedience. The sermon shows us the response that God demands of us in light of the redeeming work Jesus Christ.
