Love Your Spiritual Leaders

In this passage Paul gives instruction to the church regarding the necessity for the congregation to "know" and "esteem" their church leaders. While we typically think of the need for church leaders to know their flock, in this passage Paul emphasizes the importance of the flock knowing who their shepherds are so that they can determine if they are worthy of being followed.
