The Elder as God’s Steward, Part 8

The are many roles the elder of the local church participates in but there is one vital role that is most important to the church that cannot be set aside—the teaching of God's Word. As a steward of God's household, this singular responsibility of teaching God's word by the elders cannot be outsourced or substituted. God has designed His church to include qualified men capable of teaching His Word so that the church is well fed and protected from false teachers.
