This sermon takes the first part of Ephesians 6:4 and considers the danger, really very often from the serious, committed Father, of provoking children to anger.

We come back to this very important and practical section of scripture on raising children in Ephesians 6:1-4; and it is of great interest. I think the world is very interested too, because they just seem so clueless even to the basic ideas and basic things to do. And they see us, and they want some of the order and respect that our children give us, but they rarely want what’s really behind it all. They don’t want Christ; they don’t want submission to the word. Filling of the spirit. That is really the only way to get it and to get it in sincerity. And to get the heart of your child.
