The Last and the First

Christ continues to teach the ethics of the Kingdom of God, showinghow they go against the ideas of the world - even of the religious world. We see in the issue of Divorce what God made marriage as, and God's view of men and women. We see in his receiving of little children and the matter of the rich young ruler how status counts for nothing with God. Finally we see how discipleship is the way of blessing amidst troubles here, looking to Chrit our reward hereafter.
