Jephthah: Be a Promise Breaker

Jephthah was a Promise Keeper and murdered his own daughter to prove it.

In the days of the Judges, israel was profoundly influenced by the pagan world around them. Jephthah not only put the pagan god Chemosh on a par with the LORD God of Israel (Judges 11:24), he followed the practice of those who worshipped Chemosh and Moloch by offering up his own daughter as a holocaust to God.
