The True Light

Jesus Christ is the light of the world, the true light, as testified by John the Baptist. With the light of Jesus comes life which is promised to whosoever believes on his name. Man, however, resists the light because they live in darkness and their deeds are evil. We're not saved through a pedigree, by the will of the flesh, but through receiving the light. If we wish to receive light and everlasting life, we must believe the record that Christ came to give his life a ransom for you, receive him as your personal saviour, and be spiritually birthed into his family.
