Keeping Both Feet on the Ground

How may we, in the successes of life, keep both feet on the ground?

I. A PERSONALITY FIXED UPON THE LORD

A. Many people have their identity tied to their possessions, occupations, or accomplishments
B. Joseph’s heart and character did not change simply because his situation changed

II. A PERSPECTIVE FOCUSSED ON LONG-TERM

A. The time of plenty will end
B. The living must prepare for death
C. The believer must prepare for the judgment seat of Christ

III. A PRIORITY TO FULFIL OUR LABOUR

A. Stewards must use what they have been given
B. Stewards must work while they have opportunity
C. Stewards must be found faithful
