Shirkers, Moochers & Busybodies

Having written to the Thessalonian church in his first letter (4:10b-12) about work, Paul later learned (II Thessalonians 3:11-12) that the problem with idleness, mooching and meddlesome persisted. The matter was then raised to the level of calling for corrective church discipline. Work is so much a part of the Christian's duty and testimony that its neglect warrants a church's response.
