A Prophet like unto Moses

Pictures and types abound in the Sacred pages of the Old Testament pointing us to the Lamb of God.
From the Psalms, the writings of the major and Minor Prophets, the law and sacrifices all direct out minds to the coming Christ. When we read and study the OT, we are to be constantly looking for Him. However we need to be cautious as to not try and twist the Narrative around, just to try and make it fit something we want it to. Sometimes preachers reach where there is nowhere to reach to try and lay hold on something that isn’t there, just to try and impress the people with “some new thing.”
But in this case; we are on sure footing.
We do not have to worry about imposing something erroneous on the Text, because here God’s Word plainly tells us that Moses himself, was a portrait, a foreshadow of the coming Messiah.
