The Living Word

The writer of Hebrews has continued to encourage the Hebrews and us as well to press into the rest of salvation that God offers in Christ. He now concludes with a warning, reminding them about with whom they are dealing. They stand before the Lord who knows the thoughts and intents of our heart and comes to us through the Holy Spirit using the Word of God. This verse, far from how we normally use it, is a warning to pretenders to consider carefully who is watching. Join us as we look into how the Lord will use the Word to purify His church.
