The Wicked

What characteristics define you? What emotions motivate you? Are you driven by Anger, or Envy, or Pride? For our first-hour service Pastor Simpson preached on the motivations of the wicked; what he calls the ""Triad of Sin"" including Anger, Envy and Pride. Rather, the believer should seek after wisdom and knowledge. The wise believer understands his true lack of knowledge and looks to the Lord Jesus in humility. Pastor goes on to teach the blockades to sin; an import at part of the differences between wisdom & foolish behavior. We can talk about God's sovereignty, but man is responsible for his actions. As Pastor does each week, he once again encouraged us to look to the Word of God for wisdom and guidance!
