The Kingdom to Come

We look at David's last prophetic words concerning the future. These are to be distinguished from his last words to Solomon as a father to a son.

David is speaking as the mouthpiece of the Lord. David, as a shadow of the Lord, is seen as King and prophet.

We look at the Trinity in this passage as well as our hope being in the covenant of grace. We also see the other side as far as judgment and destruction to come.
