The Day He Wore My Crown

In this expository sermon Dr. Felker shares the great suffering Jesus endured at the hands of the Roman soldiers stationed in Jerusalem. He suffered from a terrible scourging in fulfillment of prophecy and to bear our punishment for sin. He suffered from mocking as they dressed Him up as a King, including a crown of thorns. Finally, He suffered from abuse as they struck Him with the reed scepter and spat upon Him. Pastor Felker shares three practical lessons from this account of suffering.
