The Overturning Is Overturned

God gives Jonah, His rebel prophet, a second chance. "Go tell Nineveh the message I give to you," God tells him. So Jonah goes and warns Nineveh: "Yet 40 days and Nineveh will be overturned." But Jonah isn't laughed out of town. Nineveh seems to genuinely turn from its sin and hope in God. And God relents.
