Suffering and the Glory of God, Part 1

John MacArthur asked me to do a three-part series from "The Cup and the Glory" as a chapel elective series at Grace Community Church. I began with my testimony (Ch. 1 "The Wilderness") which included the death of twins at birth, crippling arthritis, and then set on the shelf ministry wise. Chapter 2 "The Cup" is Jesus' answer to James and John wanting to sit in His glory. "You do not know what you are asking. Are you able to drink the cup that I drink?" In essence, it is about counting the cost and following Him in true surrender discipleship
