There is Forgiveness With Thee - The words explained

Being in this estate, perplexed in itself, lost in and under the consideration of God's marking iniquity according to the tenor of the law, that which it fixes on, from whence any relief, stay, or supportment might be expected in such a condition, is laid down in this verse. Verse 4.—"But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared."
