Lying Lips, Deceitful Tongue

The distress of enduring "lying lips and a deceitful tongue" among those who profess the faith of Jesus, yet love those things God's people are called to hate with the utmost hatred.

Our covenant God hears, helps, and defends his people who cry unto him. His arrows are sharp, the flaming tips of his arrows are like coals of fire, and the mighty One can suddenly silence lying lips, mute the deceitful tongue.
