God's Redemptive Love

In the passage before us, we will enter the story of Hosea and Gomer. Hosea was a prophet of the Lord and Gomer was a prostitute in the world. The Lord commanded Hosea to pursue Gomer as a demonstration of His faithful covenant love for Israel. Even when Israel was faithless, God’s love remained faithful. The title will be, “God’s Redemptive Love.” We will consider 1) The Prostitution of Idolatry 2) The Pursuit of God’s Love 3) The Pricelessness of God’s Love This true story paints a picture of a greater story of the Groom who would take a bride from the world and redeem her for His glory.
