Open My Eyes

The Psalmist continues with extolling the testimonies of God. In this case, he recognizes that if he is to follow the law of God, he needs God to open his eyes. This is especially poignant as he is surrounded by enemies who seek his destruction. These same enemies appear to despise the testimonies of God to the same degree that our Psalmist delights in God's word.
