Did Jesus Need the Holy Spirit?

Jesus had the Holy Spirit without measure - what does that mean? It means that Jesus had more of the Holy Spirit within him than any other man. This fact should lead us to understand that the human life is deficient without the Holy Spirit. We were made to be filled with the Holy Spirit.
