Straight Lines with Crooked Sticks

We are a hot mess. Like Jonah, we have mixed motives, we are rebellious, we are forced by God to do things we don't want to do and then we complain when things don't go the way we want. We are slow to truly forgive and we think much more highly of ourselves and our wisdom than we ought. YET, God uses us. He alone can draw straight lines with crooked sticks.
