Ruler Over Death

We see Jairus' desperate situation, yet we also see Jesus' command of the situation. He had command over Jairus' fear, over the wailing mourners, and over the death of Jairus' daughter. This whole incident is a picture of what will be true of all God's people at Christ's return: He will give the command and we will. be raised from death into everlasting life.
