Faith and Works (Part 1)

In this passage, James begins his discourse on the relationship between faith and works. By way of two illustrations, he shows us that saving faith produces works of love for neighbor and love for God. An absence of such obedience demonstrates that the faith we claim to have is not true, saving faith.
