Humility

Pride is satanic in origin. The first sin was pride and all sin can be traced back to this root. Humility is the opposite of pride and was exemplified in the life of Jesus Christ. Denial and emptying of self is the way to humility. When we do the will of the Father, as Christ did, we practice humility in our lives.
