Matthew #92 Who is Like Jesus Under Pressure?

I.His PERSISTENCE
Everyone says He is a failure
YOU: where do you need the grace of persistence in your calling where you could doubt from lack of results?
II.His STRENGTH
They would put Him on the defensive
YOU: do you hear Him warning you of arrogance, refusal to repent and admit your need of Him? Proud when you compare yourself to others?
III.His GENTLENESS
Contrast His gentle response to the humble and weary
YOU need His gentleness. He gently offers to carry your burdens this morning
•Sin burdens because He persisted to the cross
•All burdens because He cares for you each day
