Women Pastors?

Where in the Bible does it talk about a woman not becoming a pastor?
1 Timothy Chapters 2-3, not all Christians will agree with how these passages are written, all of us need to pray and ask the Lord how to live out His word. People in the church do not have to be pastors to proclaim the word of God. Pastors should be called to lead because of their character, not their gifts only. There are differences between men and women in this life including the church.
