Nebuchadnezzar's Fall & Rising Again

Nebuchadnezzar's fall came because of his being lifted up in pride; his rising again to power came because of his being broken down before the SOVEREIGN GOD.

Same is true of us. Every repentant sinner learns that God is a God of justice and power, and is broken before HIM by God's grace. That's the only way to be saved.
