Congregational Life: The Work of Ministry

The work of the ministry belongs to the whole body of Christ. Pastors and elders are responsible for equipping the saints with the preaching of the Word and leading by example that the congregation might join them in ministry. We are to patiently comfort, exhort, and edify one another according to their need, including admonishing the disorderly, giving courage to the fainthearted, and helping the weak to mature and grow strong.
