Prayer For Divine Preparation

These verses are a summary statement of the letter to the Hebrews in the form of a prayer for God to provide the necessary preparation for these believers to do His will. God's provisions to equip and enable are needful for the believer to do His will effectively and honorably as will be most pleasing to God.
