Abram Believed God

The first time a word is used in Scripture, that usage establishes how that word is used throughout the Word of God. In Genesis 15 we see five different expressions used for the first time in the Bible. Namely:

1 - the Word of the Lord spoke to Abram.
2 - Abram is told to "Fear Not".
3 - The LORD is our shield.
4 - Your reward shall be great.
5 - Abram believed God and his belief made him righteous.

In this session, we look at the import of these "first occurrences" and how they relate to our walk with the LORD today.
