The Law Does Not Annul the Promise

The promise was made to Abraham and his offspring. Paul argues that the word was singular in at least one case with Abraham. The law came much later, and does not annul the promise, but rather was given to point out the necessity for faith and our need for a savior! Righteousness through faith was already well-established when the law came.
