From Paradise to a Graveyard

In the past 32 sermons, we have looked at people in Genesis who are not dealt with in Hebrews 11. Genesis is an amazing book -- among other things, it covers more years than all the other books of the Bible combined.

The first human event recorded in Genesis is in a beautiful garden in Paradise; the last is at a graveyard.

All the Bible stories of Genesis are part of the larger story, God's own story, so Genesis takes us on a sweeping look at human history from God's own perspective. Genesis is God's own Word, and it explains as no other book ever written why things are the way they are.
