Moses' Anger

This lesson contrasts and compares the two incidents of Moses striking the rock in the desert so that the people of Israel and their herds would have water, graciously supplied by the Lord. The first incident occurred flawlessly. The second did not go off without a hitch. Moses became angry and because of it, failed to simply "obey" the Lord. What else can we learn from these two events, which occurred nearly 40 years apart from one another?
