Jesus Final Prayer Before HIs Arrest

Jesus ends his "walk and talk" with the apostles by doing what is now known as the High Priestly Prayer. He prays first and foremost, that they believe Him both now and after He is put to death. He prays that they be preserved and protected, unified, sanctified, and ultimately glorified and they experience true eternal life by believing God and the Messiah. He then goes into Gethsemane where He is arrested by the Roman Cohort and the Jewish leadership.
