03 Jonah, God Will Not Let Jonah Go

Jonah is fleeing from God because he didn't want to follow the call of God. Sometimes the Lord brings storms into our lives to get our attention. Before I was afflicted, I went astray.
Types of Storms

1. Attention getting (perhaps from fleeing or sinning)
2. Perfecting Storms to refine us.
3. Protecting Storms to save you from trouble.

We all face storms in our lives. Jesus went through them and Peter said these are normal and not to be surprised. Storms drive us to the Savior. God is at work in them.
