In This Hope

In this life Christians groan over sin, temptations, trials and persecution. Likened unto child birth, the pangs, though they increase in intensity and frequency, are not permanent. They are filled with joyful expectation as we eagerly await the day when faith will be sight and this mortal will put on immortality, when we will see Christ face to face. This is the hope that Christians live with - the sure expectation of Christ's return.
