Peter the writer

Getting letters can be exciting if they are personal and more so if they are apostolic as well! Here are three things about Peter. (1) Peter the man: ordinary, sinful and impetuous. (2) Peter the apostle. Eight qualifications combine to show that the apostles have no successors. (3) Peter the Christian. Peter knew and believed in the "Historical Jesus" in the proper sense of the word and Peter believed him to be the Christ.
