Inside And Outside Of Time. Jesus Christ, the I Am, created time and contains time

We're going back to this one verse we left you with last week. Revelation 1:17 and 18 is so hard to understand. We'll probably have to go up to Jesus when we get to heaven and ask Him to explain this one to us. But you know us. It just wouldn't be Cliffside if we didn't at least make a stab at it.

The church has allowed the teaching of the supremacy of time. This has got to be corrected. So, we'll do it here. Warning: this requires teaching on quantum mechanics.

You really don't keep time. You can observe its effects. Time is a created entity; so, to understand time is to understand the entirety of God Himself in all His glory, which we cannot do. Jesus Christ contains time.

Now we need to read Daniel 7, starting at verse 11. Then we go to the list on Revelation 1:17-19, which our merciful pastor has written out before the lecture:

Christ Created Time. He is both outside of time and inside of time. That is why He can call Himself the I Am.
