The introduction established the matter of the Holy Spirit's coming, not upon every believer, but upon only those gathered, baptized believers. Then we move into the episode of the eunuch. It is here that we can review once again that the gospel is used of the Lord through us, human instrumentality, to convert, not regenerate, the sinner to Jesus Christ. And we close with a brief section on the issue of baptism. How much more plain can this issue of baptism be?
